Qwest: World's slowest ISP
I just thought I’d share that Qwest internet (DSL) is a lot slower than advertised. 1.5Mbps down? No, I don’t think so. More like 56k each way is what it feels like (but is more like three times that).
Update October 21, 2009: I don’t even have Qwest anymore, and they are still causing me problems.
Additionally, if one calls Qwest to complain about speeds, they will say everything “looks normal from their end,” but your speeds will magically improve after you complain. Smells fishy, no?

I hear ya. I’m stuck with them at home, but it doesn’t feel much faster than the 56k days sometimes.
